Giulia Gustavsen Angelini (b.1991) is an Italian-Norwegian photojournalist and visual storyteller based between Rome and Oslo. She worked as a video journalist and photographer for NGOs like Plan International and as a freelance for the Nobel Peace Center. Before embracing photography, Giulia took a master’s in international relations, driven by her interest to understand socio-political issues, and to learn more in depth about past and current global challenges, which she tries to bring into her projects with a personal and intimate approach. She works mainly with documentary photography and filmmaking, exploring issues related to gender equality, climate, and humanitarian issues.
